Hi, I'm Frengkie Budiman. I have 2 MAJOR SURGERIES at Royal Perth Hospital, Perth, Western Australia, on September 10, 2023 and July 10, 2024. I am DISABLED with the following conditions:

1. COLON CANCER NEAR RECTAL RECTUM and LUNGS There is a TUMOR.

2. Operation July 10, 2024 Remove the TUMOR in the  COLON and reconnect the COLON. I DEFECATE through a STOMA BAG on my STOMACH in where the SMALL INTESTINE comes out of the my STOMACH. 

3. Operation September 10, 2023 My TAILBONE IS  BROKEN. SPINE INJURY. The doctor installed metal plates on the left and right sides to hold my spine. I URINATE using a CATHETER every 4 hours 6 times a day. 

4. My RIGHT HAND in the palm, fingers and arms are STIFF and LIMITED MOVEMENT and SWELLING and left and right LEGS are SWELLING. 

5. CHEMOTHERAPY for 6 months. Every 2 weeks at Royal Perth hospital. Australia. 

6. I AM A VICTIM OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, NEGATIVE WORDS INSULTING,  HARASSMENT, BULLYING from my Wife and Mother-in-law. My LIFE IS VERY STRESSED UNDER PRESSURE. I paid a DEPOSIT TO BUY MY HOUSE AUD $ 80,000 AND I paid AUD $ 77,000 PERMANENT RESIDENTS AUSTRALIA my mother-in-law and father-in-law. 

7. After the SURGERY on September 10, 2023 I BUY FOOD BY BUS, COOK and TAKE CARE OF MYSELF. My wife doesn't want to spend money to buy food for me. My wife and mother-in-law don't want to help me. NO ONE helps me. I CAN'T REST. Every day I AM VERY BUSY DEFECATE EMPTY AND CLEAN MY STOMA BAG AND URINATE WITH A CATHETER. I CAN'T REST. 

8. I want to LIVE SEPARATELY from my wife and mother-in-law. I am DISABLED. I want to live in a NURSING HOME for my BODY, MIND, and SOUL RECOVERY. Above all, I love and want to see my CHILDREN GROW UP.

Hi. I am Frengkie Budiman. This is my photo when I stayed at Fiona Stanley hospital from 16 October 2023 untill 21 December 2023 for rehabilitation. 

This is my photo X-ray results at Royal Perth hospital. My tail bone broken. I had operation surgery 10 September 2023. I stayed at Royal Perth hospital from 9 September 2023 until 16 October 2023. Doctor put plat iron and screw on left side and right side to hold my back bone. 

This is photo my medical certificate from doctor at Fiona Stanley hospital date 21 December 2023. I spinal cord injury. My bladder nervous system injury. I cannot urinate normally and defecate normally. Until now I urinate for every 4 hours ( 6 times a day ) use catheter and stuff. Everyday midnight I wake up twice for urinate use catheter and stuff.

This is my true story of my life. My stressful life  under pressure mentally every day every time because every day every time my wife and my wife's mother say negative word verbal abuse, insulting and bullying to me every day every time.  This caused me to be disabled and suffer from a spinal cord  injury so that I cannot urinate normally and I cannot defecate normally.

13/06/2012 Proof of BCA bank transfer, I transfer Indonesia Rupiah Rp.775 million to Bernardus Darwinto (my wife's father)  I  pay AUD $77,000 for my wife's father and mother's Australian Permanent Resident (PR) visa.

14/05/2012 My BCA bank savings were debited for Rp. 320 million  I  transfer to Bernardus Darwinto (my wife's father) i pay the deposit to buy a house in Perth, Australia. At that time I was not yet a Permanent Resident (PR) in Australia so the house in Perth Australia was in my wife's name.

5/08/2011 My BCA bank savings were debited for Rp. 550 million I  transfer to Bernardus Darwinto (my wife's father) i pay the deposit to buy a house in Perth, Australia. At that time I was not yet a Permanent Resident PR Australia so the house in Perth Australia was in my wife's name.

I transfer  14/05/2012  Indonesia Rupiah Rp320 million  and  5/08/2011 Rp550 million (total Rp870 million) I pay deposit AUD $80,000 buy house in Perth Western Australia. At that time I was not yet a Permanent Resident PR Australia so the house in Perth Australia was in my wife's name.

This bread expired September 1, 2023. My wife gave me at Royal Perth hospital at 5 October 2023.

I eat this bread but not yet finished when suddenly September 6, 2023 night my leg swallow. My heel pain feel burning. Area around back bone swallow and pain feel burning. My wife not bring me to hospital. 

September 7, 2023 night I sleep in my car Mazda 323 made in 1991.  

September 8, 2023 at 9 am I went to clinic. The doctor gave a letter to Armadale hospital.

September 8, 2023 at 3 pm my church friend a couple of grandmother and grandfather bring me to Armadale hospital.  My wife not bring me to  hospital. 

September 9, 2023 at 6 am ambulance bring me from Armadale hospital to Royal Perth hospital in Perth and i had operation surgery my tail bone broken and I have spinal cord injury on September 10, 2023 at 3 pm at Royal Perth hospital. I stayed in Royal Perth hospital in Perth City from 9 September 2023 until October 16, 2023. 

October 16, 2023  ambulance bring me from Royal Perth hospital to Fiona Stanley hospital in Perth Western Australia for rehabilitation until 21 December 2023.

I cleaning my house every day before I go work myself do casual gardening and after I go home pick up my son school. Every day I drop and pick up my son school. I did gardening at afternoon I use electric lamp. 

To me, my wife's mother said I kicked you out of the house and I threw your clothes on the street. Even though I have already paid 13/06/2012  Indonesia Rupiah Rp775 million for I pay AUD $77,000 visa Australia Permanent Resident (PR) for my wife's parent (my wife's father and mother) and I pay Indonesia Rupiah Rp320 million on 14/05/2012 and Indonesia Rupiah Rp550 million on 5/08/2011 I pay  deposit AUD $80,000 for i buy house in Perth Western Australia.

My stressful life suffering from mental pressure due to negative words from my wife and my wife's mother every day.  Even though I have already paid 13/06/2012  Indonesia Rupiah Rp775 million I pay visa Australia Permanent Resident (PR) AUD $ 77,000 for my wife's father and mother. 

My wife refuses to pay my billing mobile phone Optus AUD $40 dollars  when I in hospital.  Even though I have already paid 13/06/2012  Indonesia Rupiah Rp775 million I pay AUD $77,000  for Australian Permanent Resident (PR) for my wife's father and mother. I even had to ask my client of gardening to pay my billing mobile phone Optus AUD $40. 

My wife don't want spend money buy food for me .  I buy rice golden deer brand 20 kg , cooking oil, for whole family eat and toilet tissue roll , wet tissue , laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, etc for whole family use.

I buy food for my children eat, my children toy, school uniform, water refill dispenser etc. 

My wife insulted laughing at me. My wife says I am 56 years old but my face looks 70 years old.

I try to asking rent a room.  It's cost rent a room is AUD $250 every week. But I don't have money to rent a room. My wife said divorce me if I rent a room. My wife insulted laughing at me. My wife said I already said twice i  want rent a room but until now I was not leave the house. My wife and my wife's mother want I leave the  house. 

My wife's mother said to my son ten years old (school year 5 ) :  Joseph your destiny you have, crazy. Every day I drop and pick up my son school. 

Every day morning from  6 am to 8 am my wife and my wife's mother angry said negative word make me under pressure mentally, she think I will be late drop my son school but reality I not late drop my son school. 

Every day I drop and pick up my son 10 year old go to school year 5.  I drop my son 4 year old go to day care three day a week. I buy food, school uniform, toy , clothes etc to my children. 

My wife said I was sick with disease diabetic, disease kidney, disease heart, disease liver, etc. My wife said one by one the illnesses for me. 

My wife said I am a stumbling block.  My wife and her mother not like me.

My wife insulting me, she said I was stupid for working in gardening. In summer I get hot. In winter I got caught in the rain.

My wife insulting me,  she said my life would not progress and my life would forever be difficult (poor life).

  

My wife divorce me if I rent a room. My wife and her mother not like me. 

My mother in law said donkey make the same mistakes twice.

My mother in law said to me : when she sleep she keeps listening what I doing. My life under pressure mentally look likes as I live in jail prison mentally. 

I meet a nurse in hospital and I told my life stressful under pressure mentally because my wife and her mother said negative word verbal abuse, insulting and bullying me every day every time. September 7, 2023 i  sick and sleep in my car. September 8, 2023 my friend church bring me to Armadale hospital.  October 5, 2023 my wife came meet me in Royal Perth hospital and gave me bread expired September 1, 2023. My wife said she don't want spend money buy food for me. The nurse said to me is you don't go back home, you will die. They want you die. Better you live in a room in community aged care (nursing homes).
